1. Matsyasana (Fish Pose)

“The Matsyasana keeps the functioning of the thyroid gland under check. This also aids in regulating hormonal balance. This yoga pose can enhance the functioning of the thyroid gland, thus promoting hormonal equilibrium,” says the expert.

How to perform this pose?
• Start by lying on your back while placing your hands under your hips.
• Arch your chest upwards while keeping your head relaxed.

2. Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)

“The Dhanurasana is ideal to give a gentle massage to the abdominal area, and it also stretches and tones the reproductive organs. This pose stimulates the ovaries and uterus, helping improve the blood flow to these areas,” shares the expert.

How to perform this pose?
• Lie on your stomach.
• Start by bending your knees and holding your ankles.
• Lift your chest and legs while maintaining a gentle stretch.

3. Malasana (Garland Pose)

The expert shares that the Malasana pose helps to relieve any tension in the pelvic region and improves circulation to the reproductive organs. By practising this pose, you can stimulate the ovaries and regulate hormonal activity.

How to perform this pose?
• Squat down with your feet close together and your heels on the ground.
• Keep your palms together in front of your chest and use your elbows to gently press against your inner thighs.

4. Ustrasana (Camel Pose)

“The Ustrasana pose stretches the abdominal area and stimulates the reproductive organs, promoting hormonal balance. This pose also helps to release tension in the pelvic region and improves blood flow to the uterus.

• Kneel on the ground.
• Place your hands on your hips.
• Gently arch your back while pushing your hips upwards.
