Brown Sugar Oatmeal Smoothie

Makes 1 Serving

Ingredients
  • 1 medium frozen banana, broken into chunks
  • ½cup oat milk
  • ¼cup rolled or quick oats
  • ¼cup vanilla yogurt, preferably full-fat
  • 2teaspoons brown sugar
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • ½cup ice cubes
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
